OPTION 1:  MEMBERSHIP 

Learn while you serve!  Make a financial commitment per quarter, listen to the inspirational work of the Christian non-profits and vote who will receive grants during our grant award events. Make your commitment through this sign-up button below.  You can make your quarterly payments through one of the payment options below.*You can make your membership donation monthly, quarterly or annually.

OPTION 2:  DONATION ONLY 

You can be involved by simply making a donation through the options below.  Please indicate if your donation will go toward the GRANT PROGRAM, GENERAL FUND, DESIGNATED GIVING OR CURRENT INITIATIVE

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: 

 1. DONATE ONLINE - After you select on-line payment option, select Grant Program for Membership payments or to donate toward the Grant Program, OR you can select General Fund-Program Fees.  Next, you will be given an opportunity to write a note to indicate if it's a designated gift and for whom (along with amounts if more than one) or if it's for our current initiative.

2. PAY BY CHECK:   WRITE check out to United Madison Christian Givers Inc. (In memo section indicate if its for GRANT PROGRAM, GENERAL FUNDS, INITIATIVE OR DESIGNATED GIVING)
